Ingredients:

  • 500 gram hard-boiling potatoes
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tray hummus
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 tin can chickpeas

For the hummus you will need:

  • 200 gram canned chickpeas
  • 3 teaspoons tahini - sesame paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • salt
  • 1 citroen - juice from
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder - Djints
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • peper

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Let's start by making the hummus first. Grab your food processor and add all the ingredients for the hummus. Press Pulse and then a few more times until you have a nice smooth mix. Then put everything in a bowl and set it aside. You can sprinkle some paprika on top. Set the hummus aside until use.
  • Clean the potatoes well and leave the skin on. Cut into small cubes and then cook them in a pan with some salt for 15 to 20 minutes. Then drain and let it cool down for a while.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, we also cut the yellow and red peppers into small cubes. Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
  • Finally, take a large bowl and add the potato cubes with the hummus and mix everything together. Then add the rest of the ingredients. (Also the can with loose chickpeas) Season with some freshly ground black pepper.
