It's Friday again so time for a delicious mocktail! This time one that is also perfect as a dessert drink after a nice dinner. We make an alcohol-free lemon sorbet amaretti spoom. Of course you could also make these with Amaretto that does contain alcohol, the choice is yours. Still, I have to say that I really like these Friday mocktails that we've been making for the past few months. There is now so much choice of spirits, wines and sparkling drinks. An alcohol-free drink is really not for the losers of the party! Big advantage, no hangover the next morning and you can still get in your car. lemon sorbet ice cream
Non-alcoholic lemon sorbet amaretti spoom
A spoom is actually a drink from Italy that you drink between two courses during a dinner. You do this to "clean" your taste palette for the next course. But it is also drunk as or with dessert. And you could do just that with this non-alcoholic lemon sorbet amaretti spoom. Well the taste but not the hangover, shall we say.
By the way, I also have the recipe for the original version for you below. You can also vary with sorbet ice cream if you wish. A different flavor gives a different dimension to your spoom.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
