Non-alcoholic raspberry gin fizz

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

It's January again, time to "dry everything out". Dry January is really starting to become a household name and more and more people are participating in it. My own alcohol consumption has certainly decreased over the years, but I also have no problem not drinking at all. A party is still a party, you don't have to fill yourself up for that. Especially for sports results, it is actually best if you give up the drink. Yay for the mocktails because we really don't have to just drink Spa or Coke. For example, try this non-alcoholic raspberry gin fizz cocktail. Just a delicious drink where you really don't miss the real gin.

Nowadays you can buy 0,0% versions of drinks at almost every supermarket, Gall&Gall, liquor store or liquor store. The range has grown enormously, giving you a wide choice of different flavours and types. In the pub or discotheque it still disappoints me a bit; it is possible, but these drinks are often just as expensive as the ones with alcohol and that feels a bit strange. Because of this it is sometimes difficult to really appreciate the pleasure of a drink without alcohol, especially when you are with friends who do choose the regular options.

But hey, you can also mix it up at home and enjoy a party drink without the risks of alcohol. This alcohol-free raspberry gin fizz is a perfect example of that. We use 0,0% gin and sparkling water, but you can also use Sprite or another clear fizz. This way you create a refreshing and tasty treat that is ideal for any occasion.

Below is the full recipe with ingredients for this mocktail. Have fun making the drink below. Cheers, and you don't have to hold back on this one...!
