Appetizer potatoes with pesto

A tasty appetizer with potatoes from the oven. That was the idea and now the execution! I wanted something with pesto and goat cheese. Why not a goat cheese pesto? So said so tried! And what a great combination! These appetizer potatoes with pesto taste like more. The preparation is of course super easy. -Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

-First you wash the potatoes and then you put them in an oven dish, sprinkle them with a little olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary leaves. Then put them in the oven for about 20/25 minutes until they are cooked through.
