What a huge sweetheart Nora is, and also a very pretty slim lady. Eating healthy and feeling good is what her cookbooks are all about. Good food but also a good balance between junk food and normal food. Because you really don't have to bite on a piece of wood. I already made a recipe from Nora from her previous book, the Pioppi cookbook. that was this tasty seeds and nut bread. The

In the recipe we use Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt, also known as "strained yogurt," is a thick and creamy yogurt that has been filtered to remove most of the whey, resulting in a thicker and more concentrated product. It is made from the same basic ingredients as regular yogurt, namely milk and live bacterial cultures, but the filtering process gives it a unique texture and taste.

Greek yogurt is often higher in protein and lower in sugar than regular yogurt. It is also a versatile product that can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or as an ingredient in recipes such as sauces, dressings and smoothies.

I am now also starting to notice the benefits of less sugar, more vegetables and a good balance. Recently I ate a few different cakes during a tasting and the next day I actually didn't feel so good. So your body reacts very quickly to sugar. Am I never going to eat cakes again? Well, every now and then that should really be possible!

You need:

waffle iron

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr fresh pineapple cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 el herbal honey
  • 1 citroen
  • 150 gr oatmeal
  • 1 tl baking soda
  • ½ tl salt
  • 50 gr shredded coconut
  • 4 cubes dark chocolate - chopped
  • Greek yoghurt

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Choose an organic lemon, because we grate the peel, use about half a lemon. Then squeeze the juice.
  • Cut or chop the pineapple into small cubes, do not use the hard center of the pineapple. Keep 50 grams aside to serve separately with the waffles.
  • Grab your blender and add all the ingredients from the list, except the yogurt and the chocolate, mix on high speed until smooth.
  • Grease your waffle iron with some butter and spoon some batter on both halves. Chop or grate the dark chocolate cubes and sprinkle over the batter. Bake for 3-4 minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
  • Spoon some Greek yogurt on top and sprinkle with some chocolate grater.
  • Delicious bites!
