Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber - in long slices
- 10 twigs fresh mint
- 250 gram fresh pineapple - fine-tuned
- 2 limes - squeezed
- 1 ltr spa - (taste of your choice or just spa red)
- 200 gr ice cubes - crushed
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Wash the cucumber and slice long slices with the cheese slicer. Grab the glasses and 'turn' the cucumber against the glass. (You can also keep them in the fridge a little longer if you cover the glasses with some foil and serve at a later time).
- Grab your blender and put the ice cubes in it, crush the ice until it has become somewhat smaller. Divide among the glasses.
- Then add the pineapple and some mint leaves in the blender. The other twigs are used for decoration. Turn your blender until the pineapple with mint is completely liquid. Spoon this into the glasses on the ice.
- Squeeze the limes and divide that among the glasses as well. Then top it off with spa.
- Cheers!
