Of course my favorite herb parsley cannot be missing!

As I said, fusion cooking at its best in this avocado dip with a Middle Eastern twist. And actually also a nice French / European touch by using my favorite herb: parsley. With an avocado dip it gives some extra freshness because parsley is known for that. And did you know that it is also used as a hair strengthener? So you see what nature has to offer us! This dip is super healthy and you can eat delicious without feeling guilty. No preservatives, no dyes, no sugar, something you often come across in those jars from the supermarket! And also super quick to make and on the table. Just dip.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 fresh parsley sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • peper

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Take your food processor with you, I use a small one for this, which saves washing up.
  • Add all ingredients and swirl until you have a smooth cream.
  • Serve immediately, but it can also be kept in the fridge for a day.
  • Delicious bites!
