I have been planning a weekly menu for years, but more often than not I deviate from it. Grilled Salmon with Sesame Chili Sauce and Noodles | Easy Asian Dish
Although I regularly deviate from my recipes or my planned list, I can say that making a schedule is advisable. Especially if you live in the countryside and there are simply not that many supermarkets in the region. It quickly becomes a car ride and then you feel disappointed if you just forgot to buy something. Nevertheless, I always have some extra vegetables in stock that are not necessarily on the list so that you can swerve if the day goes differently than you thought.

Tip from me: so make sure you have a well-stocked pantry. And with that I am not saying that you have to be filled to the brim, but the right products such as noodles, rice, tomato sauce, pasta, herbs, cornstarch, etc etc. Then you can swerve and quickly put something delicious on the table like this Asian salmon with whole wheat noodles when your schedule goes awry for whatever reason.

And this is how you make it:
- Take a bowl and pour in a little wok oil. It has a slightly spicier taste than olive oil. Place the salmon on top. Pour a little soy sauce and soy sauce over the salmon and finally spread with the chili sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the noodles. Clean the bell pepper and cut into strips, the corn cobs cut into thirds. Let the beans drain for a while. Cut the green asparagus into pieces.
- Take the wok and heat it with some wok oil in it. Wok the vegetables on high heat for a few minutes and then deglaze with a dash of soy sauce and a little soy sauce.
