Looking for a quick recipe for a nutritious evening meal? This salmon with whole wheat noodles is rich in protein and ready in less than 40 minutes, including homemade sauce. To be completely honest, I don't even remember exactly what was on my list. This wasn't it because this recipe just "happened" to me. You need:

  • 2 salmon - to slice
  • 1 rode Red pepper
  • 5 green asparagus
  • 6 small canned corn on the cob
  • 1 tin can edamame beans
  • 2 balls whole wheat noodles - conimex

And this is how you make it:

  • Take a bowl and pour in a little wok oil. It has a slightly spicier taste than olive oil. Place the salmon on top. Pour a little soy sauce and soy sauce over the salmon and finally spread with the chili sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the noodles. Clean the bell pepper and cut into strips, the corn cobs cut into thirds. Let the beans drain for a while. Cut the green asparagus into pieces.
  • Take the wok and heat it with some wok oil in it. Wok the vegetables on high heat for a few minutes and then deglaze with a dash of soy sauce and a little soy sauce.
  • Cook the noodles in another pan for about 6 minutes, rinse under cold water and add to the wok. Mix the vegetables with the noodles.
