If you have seen the Angus beef with your own eyes in Ireland, you know that it is good. The overwhelming green pastures and hectares of space that these animals have. It all ensures that there is a tender piece of meat on your plate in the end. We all eat a lot less meat these days, so if you serve it, choose quality! This Irish beef ragout with fettuccine is a good example of that. The meat has been stewed in the pan for hours and hours and is super tasty. The stewing season is starting again and whether you do that in an old-fashioned hay box, a kerosene stove, in the oven, or on an induction hob, it does not matter, as long as it is made with love and time.
