Ham with sauerkraut quiche and delicious bacon

Wintertime is the time for these kinds of delicious dishes. The great thing is that the ham is easy to make. You can make one big quiche from the quiche ingredients, but I made a few mini quiches. -Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

- Then pour this mixture on the sauerkraut and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. (Now I have two ovens so I can make this while the ham on the bone is in the other oven. until cooked through, remove from oven and wrap in aluminum foil. Raise oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake the mini quiches.)
