-First cut the steaks into strips and press the garlic cloves. Mix this with the oyster sauce and let it marinate in the fridge. Preferably overnight, otherwise a few hours. When you start cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.

- Then take a frying pan and heat some wok oil and fry the spinach in it. Let the moisture evaporate. Then remove from the pan and let it drain for a while in a colander.

-Fry the mushrooms for about 3 minutes until they are soft and then set them aside.

-Heat some wok oil in the pan and fry the steak strips in it, not too long or they will become tough! For medium you can hold for about 3 minutes. Deglaze them with some soy sauce and add the drained spinach and mushrooms. Put the mix in the bowls.

- Stir-fry the fresh sprouts for a while.

You can also serve noodles or rice, delicious with a cold beer

Tip: If you like it spicy, you can add a red pepper.
