Bimi is a vegetable that resembles a cross between broccoli and asparagus. It has long, thin stems and small, delicate flower buds. Bimi has a slightly milder and sweeter taste than broccoli and is therefore a popular choice among gourmets. And this is how you make the Bimi stir fry with chicken and rice:

-First, put a pan of water on and cook the rice in it.

-In the meantime, cut the chicken breast into cubes and the mushrooms into quarters and chop the shallot.

-Take a large bowl and put the 30gr flour in it. Toss the chicken breast cubes in the flour so that they are thinly coated, remove from the bowl and set aside.

Now let's make the sauce. In the bowl with the remaining flour we pour the chicken stock, the soy sauce, the honey, the chopped garlic, and the rest of the herbs from the list. Mix well with a whisk until you have a nice sauce, set this aside as well.

- Now take a large frying pan or wok and fry the chicken fillet cubes with some sesame oil until golden brown. When they are cooked, remove them from the pan.
-Now add the bimi, shallot and mushrooms to the frying pan and stir fry for about 3/4 minutes, then take the sauce and gradually pour it into the pan.

If the vegetables are covered with a nice layer, that is sufficient, so there may be some sauce left in the bowl. Then let the vegetables simmer in the sauce until it is nicely thickened. Then add the chicken and stir everything together well and let it heat up for 1 minute.

You need:
