We're going to bake something delicious again! Incidentally, they are not necessarily very healthy due to the use of blueberries. We do use sugar and wheat flour. With 251 kCal per cookie, it's a great afternoon snack or afternoon snack! These blueberry chocolate cookies take very little time to bake. They just need to sit in the fridge for a while to let the butter harden. We do this so that they do not run out too much while baking cookies with chocolate.

Store the cakes in a tupperware box for 3 or XNUMX days. I wouldn't freeze them myself because the blueberries stay a bit moist after baking. If you freeze them and defrost them again, they will become a bit soft. So just enjoy it, or treat your colleagues. That will certainly be appreciated.

  • 90 gram blueberries - frozen
  • 90 gram oatmeal
  • 1 ei
  • 90 gram butter - soft butter
  • 4 gram baking soda
  • 125 gram light caster sugar
  • 125 gram wheat flour
  • ¼ tl salt
  • 1 tl vanilla essence
  • 100 gram chocolate drops

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • In the mixing bowl you mix the flour, the salt, the baking soda and the oatmeal.
  • In another bowl or mixing bowl, beat with a hand mixer the softened butter, sugar and vanilla essence until well combined, then add the egg and mix until smooth.
  • Add this to the other bowl and scoop in the blueberries and chocolate drops and shape into a dough.
  • Divide the dough into balls of about 60 grams each, you can get about 9 to 10 cakes from this amount.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet on a cutting board in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  • Remove them from the refrigerator and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake for 14 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to put the balls too close together because they melt and expand quite a bit!
  • Remove the baking tin from the oven when they are ready and let it cool down. Then put the cakes on a wire rack and let them cool down.
  • Delicious bites!
Do you want perfect round cakes? Just after baking, place a round cooking ring around the cakes and turn them around for a while. The cakes are still soft and will therefore be formed into a nice round. Repeat with all cookies.
