- 90 gram oatmeal

- 1 tl vanilla essence
- 100 gram chocolate drops

And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- In the mixing bowl you mix the flour, the salt, the baking soda and the oatmeal.
- In another bowl or mixing bowl, beat with a hand mixer the softened butter, sugar and vanilla essence until well combined, then add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Add this to the other bowl and scoop in the blueberries and chocolate drops and shape into a dough.
- Divide the dough into balls of about 60 grams each, you can get about 9 to 10 cakes from this amount.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet on a cutting board in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Remove them from the refrigerator and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, bake for 14 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to put the balls too close together because they melt and expand quite a bit!
- Remove the baking tin from the oven when they are ready and let it cool down. Then put the cakes on a wire rack and let them cool down.
