Ingredients:

  • 2 burratas
  • 400 gr mixed tomatoes
  • 300 gr rigato pasta
  • 5 el mixed olives
  • 3 toes Garlic
  • ½ zucchini in cubes
  • 1 witte chopped onion

  • Remove the burrata from the fridge and allow it to warm up a bit. Keep him in the bowl! Soon we will cut it open and then the contents should no longer be too cold.
  • Cut the zucchini and chop the onion and garlic. Take a frying pan and put some olive oil in it. First fry the onion and garlic, then add the zucchini, tomatoes and olives. Cook over medium heat while the pasta cooks.
  • So cook the pasta in about 12 minutes. Add enough salt to the water.
  • Drain and add the pasta immediately to the pan with the vegetables and mix, pour over a little more olive oil.
  • Spoon into the bowls and top with the burrata, drizzle over the balsamic cream, then cut open the ball. Mix the cheese from the burrata ball with the pasta and vegetables and you get a delicious creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
