- 250 gram sugar
- 250 ml water
- 1 citroen - juice of 1 lemon
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Take the frying pan and add the almond flour. With a wooden spoon, stir the flour until it is light brown. This can take 5 minutes or so. Do this on low to medium heat so that the flour does not burn.
- Take a pan and add the sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and let it reduce until you have a syrup. Remove the cinnamon sticks from the pan.
- Add the almond flour to the syrup and keep stirring! Stir until it is a fairly thick mass. Then remove from fire.
- Beat the egg yolk and add it to the almond mix. Return to low heat and use a whisk to stir the egg yolk into the mix, keep stirring well! Stir for about 5 minutes until it has a consistency of a thick but still liquid mass.
- Spoon the pasta into a glass jar and let it cool.
- When cooled, take the glasses and scoop 2 to 3 tbsp in the glass and serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Delicious bites!
