Carnival Kartoffel salad
During Carnival there is a lot drunk so you have to eat well. Let's just say laying a good foundation. And this is how you make the Carnival Kartoffel salad:
-Peel the potato first and put them in a pan and add some salt to it. Then boil the potatoes for twenty minutes.
-While the potatoes are cooking, we make the dressing for the salad. Peel the onion and chop it very finely. Take a bowl and add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Then add the onions and freshly chopped parsley and stir well until you have a nice smooth mix.
- When the potatoes are cooked, drain and cut them into cubes and then add them to the bowl. Mix well with a large spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
-Finally cut the spring onions into rings to garnish the salad.
