We are going to make an alternative cheesecake pie. There is no oven involved because it is a cheesecake dessert! Usually I use mascarpone when I whip up whipped cream, but this time we make it with cream cheese. You know that from the ingredients of a cheesecake. I'm not really fond of that, by the way, but it was really tasty when incorporated into this dessert! To give it an Easter touch I used two long fingers as hare ears. But of course you can make this dessert all year round. Also vary with the fruit, for example use raspberries or blueberries. Cheese cake recipe

Cheesecake Cake in a Glass – Easy and Creamy Dessert
If you're in the mood for a tasty and easy dessert, this cheesecake tartlet in a glass is for you. It is a deliciously creamy cake with a crispy biscuit base and a fresh fruit layer. You can call it whatever you want: cheesecake tartlet, cheesecake dessert, cheesecake in a jar… It doesn't matter, because it always tastes good! If you want to vary a little further, you could also use other cookies. Think, for example, of gingerbread, bastogne, oreo or digestive. You can also use different fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or mango. Let your imagination run wild and make your own version of this cheesecake cake in a glass!

How about crumbled Bastogne biscuits, or speculaasjes? Or make a large version in a flat dish. You can then serve it after dinner. I have used sugar substitutes in this recipe because the lady fingers already contain enough sugar as far as I'm concerned!

This cheesecake tart in a glass is ideal for parties, dinners or just when you feel like something tasty. It is quick to make and you can vary endlessly with cookies and fruit.
