And this is how you make the Chili con carne tacos:

-First clean and chop the onion. Also clean the red pepper and remove the seeds. Then cut it into small cubes

- Take a frying pan and stir in the minced meat.

-Add the chopped onion, corn kernels, red pepper, chili beans, and chopped green olives to the mincemeat. Mix this well. Then add the Mexican spices, 100 ml of water and a tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee. This is also my secret ingredient! It's a spicy sauce but it adds a delicious flavor. Let it simmer while you prepare the tacos in the oven.

-Heat your oven to 200 degrees and place the taco shells in the oven and bake them briefly.

- Remove the skin from the avocado and remove the pit, then cut it into nice thin slices.
