At times I can be a huge sweet tooth. Which is of course not a good idea for obvious reasons! Making something tasty yourself is not that complicated, and with these chocolate matcha coconut balls you also have a supply in your fridge for a snack attack! We use matcha powder in this recipe and that is very easy to obtain these days. Also known from the matcha latte, but can be used in many other ways. And it also gives a nice green color to your balls without all kinds of toxic dyes. Win-win, right?!

Chocolate matcha coconut balls
In this recipe I would use dark chocolate and not milk chocolate. Less sugar, but also the slightly bitter taste goes well with the matcha and coconut. We don't need much of it at all, just 4 squares! Chop finely and mix with the rest of the ingredients. You can keep these bliss balls in the fridge for a few days in a Tupperware box, or in the freezer. Then take them out in time to defrost.

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the snacks below.
