We're going to make some kind of fudge. Not the one you are used to from the supermarket because it contains a mega amount of sugar! In this recipe we use sugar-free chocolate drops. Peanut butter does contain sugar, but you can also make various choices. I ordered all products from one of my favorite online stores. Namely KoRo, but you can also buy everything in your regular supermarket. You can make this chocolate peanut butter fudge in no time, it only needs an hour to set in the fridge.
Chocolate peanut butter nut fudge
This chocolate peanut butter nut fudge recipe is not only delicious, but also simple and quick to prepare. All you need are the ingredients, a pan and a baking tin. After you have made the fudge, you can easily store the cubes in a Tupperware container in the refrigerator. This keeps the fudge fresh and delicious for some time. Of course it is wise not to eat everything at once, but to enjoy a few cubes at different times.
If you're not a fan of dark chocolate and would like a little more sweetness, you can add a tablespoon of sweetener while you're mixing the fudge. This way you can adjust the fudge to your own taste and preference. So this recipe is not only easy, but also very flexible and adaptable to your taste.
And as a variation, you can also sprinkle a few grains of coarse salt on it before putting it in the fridge. The combination of chocolate and salt also goes very well together!
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
