Yes, I know... the Italians probably disapprove of this version because there are no raw eggs and no coffee! But we also want an easy dessert that everyone can eat. And believe me, several people have tasted this and everyone was unanimous: it was delicious! This chocolate tiramisu without egg is easy to make, it just needs to set briefly in the refrigerator. Oh and you can also make it a day or even two in advance because it will keep for at least two days!
Chocolate tiramisu without egg
So we don't use coffee or amaretto in this version! And no raw eggs either. Nowadays you have alcohol-free amaretto, but you can also use a few drops of almond essence. Is it a calorie blast? Erm, yes, yes, but sometimes that just has to be possible. Especially around the holidays, it's best to loosen the reins a bit.
Glasses like these are and remain great for the holidays. You can easily prepare them, and everyone actually likes them. Of course you can also make it in a large bowl and scoop out portions if you don't have such a large refrigerator to store all those individual glasses.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

Ingredients:
- 500 gram mascarpone
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 1 bag knock fix
- 3 el sugar - (or sugar substitute)
- 30 lady fingers - (Savoiardi at wholesale)
- 500 ml chocolate milk
- 1 tl vanilla essence
- cocoa powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Put the mascarpone in your food processor and beat it loose, add the bag of klopfix, the sugar and the whipped cream and start on low and go harder to beat a nice thick, lumpy whipped cream. Place in a bowl or piping bag and store in the refrigerator.
- Heat the chocolate milk and add a teaspoon of almond essence. Pour into a shallow bowl. (you may not need to use all the milk)
- Grab your glasses or bowl and dip the ladyfingers with the sugar side into the chocolate milk! Place a first layer at the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top and then a layer of whipped cream mix.
- Repeat these layers until the glass is filled, ending with whipped cream of course and then sprinkle a nice thick layer of cocoa powder on top. Before you serve them you can also insert half a lady finger.
- Delicious bites!
