We're going to season the chicken first. Clean the fillets and cut them into thin strips and then sprinkle some persillade on top. Set them aside to marinate for a while.

- Take a large frying pan and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the chicken breast strips until they are golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
