Zucchini noodles with steak strips

Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

Replace real noodles with vegetables. I was a bit skeptical when I started this recipe. That can't be anything, can it? But nothing turned out to be less true because we actually had a delicious meal. My husband also told me that he didn't miss the noodles in this recipe at all. And that is another big boost for Liesbeth Booij, she put this recipe in her #kickstartjevetburning program. That week is now coming to an end and I can only say that we ate well. baking steak strips recipe

I have made one major adjustment to this recipe and that is substituting the chicken for steak. Because you eat a lot of chicken breast in this menu, I opted for a nice steak for a change. So get started quickly with these zucchini noodles with steak strips!

And this is how you make it:

We start by preparing all the vegetables first. Add the zucchini and turn it into zucchini. Clean the red pepper and cut it into very fine pieces. Also remove the pips and white threads from the pepper and cut long strips by cutting it lengthwise. You first have to wash the pak choi well and then cut the butt off. I also removed some of the large green leaves.

- Take a frying pan and add the coconut oil. Let it get hot and then add the minced garlic and red pepper. Lower the heat and let it cook for a few minutes so that they release their flavour. The garlic becomes so nice and crispy, with a slotted spoon you scoop the garlic out of the pan and place it on a saucer.

-Now you get the steaks. You cut these into strips and they are of course at room temperature. Turn the heat of the frying pan back to high and fry the steak strips while stirring. I cooked them for two minutes so that they are nice and medium fried. You can also set these aside for use.

-Make a sauce of the honey and soy, add some ground pepper.
