Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Zeeland mussels
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Italian olive oil
- 1 citroen
Herbs and spices
- peper
- salt
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Preheat the grill in your oven to 200 degrees.
- Make a crumb of the breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, pepper and some salt.
- Open the mussels raw with a potato peeler (the top can be removed) and place them in an oven dish / on the baking tray.
- Divide the mixture over the mussels.
- Slide the tray/baking tray into the oven. The mussels are done when they are slightly browned on top. Serve with some lemon wedges.
