Creme de cassis sour

If you are a fan of the classic Kir Royal, then you are probably familiar with the main ingredient that gives this cocktail its characteristic taste: crème de cassis. Rich with the deep notes of blackcurrant, this liqueur adds a luxurious hint of sweetness to the sparkling Champagne. Adding mint syrup enriches the liqueur with a subtle freshness, which gives a refreshing twist to the drink.

While mint is the preferred choice in many cocktails, it is certainly possible to experiment with a range of other delicious syrup variations. Think of the delicious spicy notes of ginger, the delicate floral aromas of roses, or the fresh citrusy combinations. With each variation, you can add a personal touch to your cocktail, without compromising culinary tradition.

These creations not only add unique flavors, but also bring an extra layer of complexity and depth to your Kir Royal, making the possibilities for enjoyment truly endless. Let your creativity run wild and discover which flavors speak to you the most!

Cheers! Enjoy but drink in moderation.

If you can't get any protein for whatever reason, go for aquafaba. This liquid is in a can of chickpeas. It has the same frothy effect as egg white, and is otherwise tasteless. So it won't detract from your cocktail.
