No matter how difficult she can sometimes be with food, mine remains a curious child. And so fortunately she wants to try more and more and she no longer immediately shouts: “I think that's disgusting” without ever having tasted it. Something she has loved for years are meatballs. Jools meatballs
Jools kneads the minced meat.

And this is how you make Jools meatballs:

-We'll start by taking a big bowl first. Add the minced meat, pizza seasoning, breadcrumbs and egg. Add salt and pepper to taste.

-Then knead the minced meat until it is a nice ball. If it's still too wet for your liking, you can always add some breadcrumbs.

Spin the balls

- Cut the mozzarella ball into small cubes of 2 by 2 centimeters. Grab a scoop of ground beef each time that can fill your palm. Then take the mozzarella block and fold the minced meat around it. Make sure the meat is well kneaded around it. Repeat until all the meat is used up.

Collect all balls.

-Take a frying pan and heat it well, then add some croma and when the bubbles are gone, put the balls in the fat. I always “roll” the balls by moving the pan with one hand. Then you let them brown on all sides over a slow fire.

And then go crazy!

It may well be that some mozzarella has leaked from the balls here and there, that's okay. Serve with a baked potato and Jools' favorite vegetable: Brussels sprouts…. But they certainly don't look out of place with a tasty pasta

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
