Sometimes you suddenly make something that you hadn't thought of in advance. Also with this wrap, in the car back from the sauna my husband asked what we were actually going to eat at home. I didn't feel like the Mac and remembered that I still had wraps at home. Now I have this standard in the drawer. But I also had a fridge full of leftover vegetables, fruit and chicken shoarma. wraps with chicken
And that's how I came up with "the unexpected chicken wrap". I usually don't make something quickly from nothing because I have my shopping list and weekly menu ready on Sunday. On Monday I do the shopping and cook from my list in a fairly structured way. But throwing away leftovers is a shame and I don't like to do it either. And so I emptied my fridge for a while and we ate these delicious wraps!
And this is how you make The Unexpected Chicken Wrap:
- Chop the white onion and let the corn kernels drain briefly. Then grab your frying pan and add some olive oil. Fry the chopped onion and add the corn. Then the chicken shawarma pieces and let it heat up over low heat.
-To make the guacamole, first chop the red onion, cut the tomato into pieces and press the garlic clove. Put all this in a bowl and add the avocados. Mash with a fork until completely mixed, then season with salt, pepper, the piri-piri and add the lemon juice.
-In the microwave you heat the wraps in 20 seconds. Then spread it with the garlic-bean sauce and spoon the chicken mix on top. Put a little arugula on top and then scoop a few nice dollops of guacamole on top.

Finally, garnish the wrap with some grated cheese and fold and roll it closed.

- 1 teen Garlic - squeezed
