Summer cherry dessert with crumble

I love Dutch cherries, especially when they are fresh and ripe. When I see them in the store or on the market, I don't hesitate for a moment and buy a large portion. They are so deliciously thick, juicy and sweet that I can't get enough of them. But I always keep a few cherries to make a delicious dessert. I combine them with creamy mascarpone, crispy cookies and a homemade cherry sauce. This is truly a feast for your taste buds! This recipe is so delicious that it is one of the five best mascarpone desserts I have ever tasted. You really should try it!

Summer dessert with French apricot

Some people may think it's crazy, but I love cooking so much that I even do it when I'm on vacation! I enjoy trying out new recipes and spoiling my friends with a tasty dessert. When I was recently in France, I saw beautiful apricots on the market. They were so juicy and sweet that I couldn't resist them. I decided to make a delicious apricot crumble with it. I used Madeleines, those typical French cakes, to make the crumble.

I crumbled them and mixed them with butter, sugar and cinnamon. I placed the apricots in an oven dish and sprinkled the crumble over them. I baked the whole thing in the oven until it was golden brown and crispy. It smelled so good that my friends soon came to see what I was making. They were pleasantly surprised when they saw and tasted the dessert. They thought it was a delicious combination of flavors and textures. They complimented me on my cooking and asked me for the recipe. I was proud that I had made such a delicious dessert with local ingredients. It was a successful end to a beautiful day in France.

Whipped cream dessert for Saint Nicholas

Sinterklaas is a festival that has been around for a long time, but has not always remained the same. Things have changed over time, such as the color of the Petes, the way we give presents and the songs we sing. A lot has also changed at our home. We all used to believe in Santa Claus and put our shoe in front of the fireplace. We were always very happy and tense when we celebrated Christmas Eve on December 5. But now we've all gotten older and we know that Santa Claus doesn't really exist.

We still join the party, but in a different way. We buy each other presents and make poems or surprises. We make it a fun evening with games, music and good food. Of course, a nice dessert should not be missed on such an evening. We all love sweets, so we usually make something with chocolate, whipped cream or fruit. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's tasty. This way we end the wonderful evening with a tasty dessert and a good feeling. The party may have changed, but the fun remains.
