With the urge to innovate and put a unique twist on this dish, I opted for one wagyu burger, a luxurious variant made from wagyu beef. The wagyu burger is distinguished by its rich and refined taste. Wagyu beef indeed has a higher fat content than that of regular cows, which provides an undeniably juicy bite. Choosing a wagyu burger bowl means enjoying the best of both worlds: the full, juicy taste of premium beef without the typical burger bun, making it a healthier choice. And this is how you make the Wagyu burger bowl:
-Take a sharp knife and peel the onions, then chop them. Wash the rest of the vegetables well and chop and cut into small cubes.
- Take the bowl and fill it first with some of the leaf lettuce.
-In a bowl or clean jar, put the ingredients for the dressing and shake or beat them well. Then drizzle some dressing over the lettuce.
-Take your grill pan or grill device and season your burgers. I did this with some persillade and pepper because the wagyu burgers already have a very nice taste. Grill the burgers for a few minutes as desired. If you like a slightly rawer burger, take them off a bit earlier.
-In the bowl place all the chopped and sliced ingredients and finally the grilled burger on top.

Serve the bowls and you can add some of the dressing as needed. The chickpeas in this bowl are a source of protein and therefore much healthier than the white bread you normally eat, a very healthy bowl
