Then pour in the milk while stirring with a whisk. And after the milk the wine, slowly bring to the boil and then let it cook gently until the sauce is nicely thickened.
Then you can keep it warm on a simmering plate. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and finally stir in the crème fraîche.
-We clean the red onion and finely chop it. You wash the dill under the tap for a while and then chop the leaves finely.
