Edamame clafoutis with goat cheese

As you know, I am a real fan of France and French cuisine. I made a delicious clafoutis recipe that is savory instead of sweet. The clafoutis comes from the Limousin region in central France. And that is where you will also find the well-known French Limousin cattle. Those very large, beautiful, red-brown cattle that walk across the meadows there. And now quickly into the kitchen to make these delicious savory snacks!
