3 eggs

-Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

-First take the cans of edamame, put them in a colander and rinse them with cold water. Then let them drain in the colander.

-Take a large bowl and break the eggs in it, while stirring with a whisk, add the flour and mix it into a smooth batter.

- Then add the cream and season with the celery salt and pepper. Mix it all together again.

-Add the goat cheese balls and the edamama beans, and the finely chopped parsley. Pour it through the batter.

- Then grab your containers and scoop the four containers full with the mix.

-Place the ramekins on a baking tray and finally sprinkle some pine nuts on the mix. Slide the tray in the middle of the oven and bake the clafoutis for 25/30 minutes.
