I made a delicious clafoutis recipe that is savory instead of sweet.
So we are now making a nice variation on a well-known recipe. The clafoutis comes from the Limousin region in central France. And there you will also find the well-known French Limousin cattle. Those very big beautiful red-brown cattle that walk over the meadows. And now quickly into the kitchen to make these delicious savory snacks!
