This increases the amount of protein without increasing the kcal very much. If you are not at all concerned with that, then it does not matter to you not to add it if you do not have it at home, for example.

  • 265 gram chickpeas
  • 15 gram whey powder - vanilla flavor
  • ¼ stick vanilla - deleted
  • 50 gram tahini
  • 40 gram cocoa powder
  • 40 ml agave syrup
