Ingredients:

  • 200 gram smoked chicken
  • 190 gram kidney beans
  • 90 gram to the direction
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 shallot

For the dressing:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1 tl mustard
  • 1 el olive oil
  • ½ tl peper
  • ½ tl salt

And this is how you make it:

  • Boil the eggs, then peel them and cut into pieces.
  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
