Falafel salad bowl

Convenience is king, right? My collaborations give me the opportunity to test various products. And this time I went for the ready-made falafel mix. All you have to do is form the balls, everything else is already in the packaging. This way you can have this delicious falafel salad bowl recipe on the table in no time. You can supplement it with whatever you fancy. In this recipe I cut the tomatoes into a kind of rose shape. You can do this very easily by sticking the knife diagonally into the tomato each time. You repeat this all the way around and then carefully pull the two halves apart. I really liked this falafel recipe!

Falafel salad bowl

The falafel originates from the Middle East. Often served in a pita bread and it serves as a meat substitute. Mostly made from broad beans and chickpeas. These have a good amount of protein in them.

With delicious homemade garlic sauce.

This falafel salad bowl is a delicious, healthy falafel recipe! I write that it is a lunch dish, but if you serve it with some pita and for example extra grilled green vegetables, you have a great main meal. The combination of crispy falafel, fresh salad and soft pita not only offers great flavors, but also a wonderful variety of textures. Moreover, you can easily customize this salad by adding your favorite flavors and ingredients, such as avocado, hummus or even a spicy sauce, which makes every bite a surprise. It is a perfect option for a light, nutritious meal that lends itself to any occasion.
