Just to get straight to the point: chicken breasts are heavily overrated. Nine times out of ten when you fry them in a frying pan, a dried out piece of misery ends up on your plate. The Dutch apparently love it because the fillets are the most sold parts of the chicken. We transport the rest hopla abroad. But it is a nice soft piece of meat if you prepare it correctly. Et voilà your rescue because I made nice juicy chicken fillets from the oven! They weren't dried out at all when I cut them. Chicken breast is a slice of the chicken breast, usually without bone and skin. It is widely used in different cuisines for different dishes and is a popular and versatile choice of meat. Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 rode p
- 1 yellow p
- 1 tray cream cheese natural
- 150 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 5 to stick thick bacon
- fresh chopped parsley
- olive oil
Herbs and spices
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the chicken spices. Pour some olive oil into a baking dish and place the chicken breasts on it.
- Cut the peppers into strips.
- Spread the chicken breasts with the cream cheese. Make sure there is a layer all over the chicken. Then place the strips of bell pepper on top of the cream cheese in an overlapping manner.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the bell pepper and then place the dish in a preheated oven (at 200 degrees). Bake the chicken for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon crispy in a frying pan and chop into fine pieces.
- Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the bacon on top, finish with some fresh parsley.
