I started with basically a two-in-one recipe. Because in the phyllo dough snack with feta dip we have two small recipes in one. Ingredients:
- 1 zak grilled bell pepper
- 1 zak grilled vegetables
- 100 gram bacon
- 1 package phyllo dough from freezer
- sesame seeds
- 1 blok Feta
- 1 clove Garlic
- fresh chives
- olive oil

- Let's make the feta dip first. It's super easy and very tasty too! Grab a frying pan and put the bag of grilled peppers in it. This is thawed in 5 minutes, then you put it in a food processor. Add the feta in coarse pieces, the garlic clove and some fresh chives. Turn the whole thing until it has become a nice smooth mass. Then it can be put in a bowl with some olive oil on it and some fresh chives to garnish.
The filo dough snacks
- No very complicated steps here either. Place the other bag of vegetables in the frying pan and add the bacon. Cook until the bacon is nicely cooked. Then cut it very finely on a cutting board.
- Cut the vegetables with bacon very finely
- Make sure the filo dough is taken out of the freezer in time to thaw. Then you will make the snacks, sheet by sheet. Brush the skin well with olive oil. Then you put some of the vegetable mix horizontally and roll up the sheet of filo dough. Brush the roll all over with olive oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.
In the oven
