- 250 gram fresh salmon - in small cubes
- 1 bag rocket salad
- 300 gram cream cheese
- 10 stalks chives - cut some off a plant
- 1 pack phyllo dough
- 50 gram butter
To decorate
- black sesame seed
- spring onion
- fresh chopped parsley

And this is how you make it:
- Let the filo dough thaw.
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the filo sheets into squares. Brush both sides of the sheet with some melted butter. Then place two sheets in a muffin tin and press down a bit.
- Place in the oven and bake until the edges are golden brown. (between 12-15 minutes). Take them out of the oven and let them cool
- Cut the chives into small pieces with kitchen scissors, mix them with the cream cheese and spoon them into a small piping bag.
- Pipe a dollop of cream cheese into the filo pastry cups. Place a little arugula on top and then the salmon cubes again.
- Decorate with some black sesame seeds, some spring onion rings and fresh parsley.
