Filo dough salmon cream cheese Christmas snack

Filo dough salmon cream cheese Christmas snack

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

A recipe with salmon often does well at Christmas. This salmon snack is made in this way and you can serve it at different times. You could serve this filo pastry salmon cream cheese Christmas snack as a snack, as an appetizer or with a Christmas brunch, for example. Filo dough lends itself well to making delicious crispy trays. And that is also super easy. An oven, a little butter and fifteen minutes of time, that's all you need. If you are not going to eat the trays right away, store them in an airtight container. Because the moment the cream cheese is in it and it stands too long, the crispy dough becomes soft again. In any case, this salmon snack was well received here at home.

Nice with the Christmas drink.

Filo dough salmon cream cheese Christmas snack

This salmon snack is a very simple snack, and you can also vary nicely with it. Also try tuna tartare or make them with fried king prawns. If the phyllo dough tears or breaks a little while forming the dough in the tray, that's no problem.

If you have buttered them well, the skins stick together and that will be all right during baking.
