Pumpkin. The season is "on" again, widely available everywhere in beautiful colors and tasty flavors. I even saw on the news recently that pumpkins are growing enormously, especially due to home consumption. Apparently they don't quite know what to do with those tough big boys in restaurants. A nice way of cooking with this butternut squash is in the oven. Just prepare, put in the oven and enjoy an hour later. Meanwhile, there was time for other things, how easy is that? Recipe with butternut squash from the oven
This recipe with oven-baked butternut squash is absolutely not complex, but it is very tasty. You must have a preference for goat's cheese, but you can vary it with a different type of cheese. It is a dish that is easy to prepare and full of delicious flavors. With a crispy bite and creamy goat cheese, this recipe is a real treat for the taste buds.
And this is how you make the Butternut squash from the oven:
-Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Then take your butternut squash and with a sharp knife cut it through the middle. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Then take a knife and cut a diamond pattern in the flesh. Then scoop out some extra pulp so that there is enough space for the cheese.
- You can save the leftovers of the pumpkin for a soup and freeze it if you want. Throwing it away is of course a sin!
-Take the roll of goat cheese and cut it into 10 slices.

-Take in the whipped cream and carefully pour it into the cavity until just below the rim. Then sprinkle the garlic, persillade, pepper and thyme over the cheese and put it in the oven.
