Misty mornings, rainy days, falling leaves: It's autumn and nothing tastes better than a spicy pumpkin soup. I was allowed to record another video to inspire you. And now that it's almost Halloween and there are plenty of pumpkins for sale, this is a delicious soup. And this is how you make the soup:

-Start by preheating your oven to 200 degrees.

- Then peel the onions, you can peel the pumpkin, but you don't have to. Clean the garlic cloves and chop them in half.

-Take a baking dish and put all the vegetables in it, drizzle some olive oil over it and sprinkle the spices over it, toss well. Then put the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are nice and soft.

-In the meantime, bring one liter of water to the boil in a stockpot and add the boullion tablets.

- Remove the oven dish from the oven and add the vegetables to the stock and let it simmer for a while.

-And finally, grab your immersion blender and blend it until smooth.

Take your bowls or dishes and ladle the soup in it, garnish with some whipped crème frache and pumpkin seeds: delicious bites!
