  • 500 gram broccoli
  • 350 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 ui - XNUMX onion - shredded

  • Chop the onion and garlic.

  • Add a liter of water and the stock cubes and bring to the boil. Then let it simmer for a while until the vegetables are completely soft and then puree into a nice smooth soup with your hand blender.
