You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • lamb's lettuce
  • julienned beetroot - fresh shelf at the supermarket
  • Sweet and sour bean mix - e.g. Kesbeke
  • Nut and seed mix of your choice - e.g. seed mix

For the avocado cream you will need:

  • 1 1/2 avocado
  • 1 lime - juice from
  • peper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • 8 basil leaves
  • chili pepper flakes - I really only use 4 flakes
