Fresh salad with avocado cream dressing

Estimated reading time: 4 minutes

I think I'm having a little love affair with avocados at the moment. Not just straight out of the skin because then I find them really tasteless and slippery. But completely blended (if is not an official word then I made it up and claimed it). And if you put them in the blender, you can add all kinds of tasty herbs and juices to give the avocado cream a delicious taste. Very tasty as a dip with a chip, but also great to use with this fresh salad with avocado cream dressing. Salad with avocado vegetarian

Nice and fresh with lemon wedges.

And this is how you make the fresh salad with avocado cream dressing:

This is actually more of a tip than a recipe as it is very easy to make. All you need is an avocado cream that you can prepare in no time. All you have to do is put all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and puree them with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.

I use a KitchenAid measuring cup that I can put my hand blender on. I find that very useful and practical. I therefore advise you to invest in good kitchen appliances that can save you a lot of time and effort.

You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • lamb's lettuce
  • julienned beetroot - fresh shelf at the supermarket
  • Kesbeke sweet and sour bean mix
  • nuts and pollen mix

For the avocado cream you will need:

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • It can hardly be called a recipe actually this “recipe”. Most of the work is in the avocado cream, but that is not difficult at all with a handy kitchen aid….
  • Place all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and puree until smooth. Now I have a very handy measuring cup from KitchenAid on which you put your hand blender and that is super handy. We can therefore certainly advise you to invest in good kitchen equipment.
