Ingredients:
- 4 stumps chicory
- grapefruit
- 1 spring onion
- 2 apples
- 1 bag mixed nuts with cranberries
- 100 gram Roquefort
- 3 dl salad oil
- 1 dl vinegar
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- grinded pepper - bit
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- First make the dressing so that it can taste nice, you do this by crumbling the roquefort and chopping the onion.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well for about 20 seconds.
- Then put the dressing in a glass jar and put it in the fridge. You can keep the dressing for a few days and use it again later.
- Remove the ends of the chicory and save some whole leaves to decorate your plate later, then chop the rest into small pieces.
- Cut the apples into nice julienne strips, then peel the grapefruit and remove the skins and cut the segments into small pieces.
- Make small rings of the spring onion for garnish.
- Take a nice plate and garnish all the ingredients on it. Sprinkle some nut mix over it and finally add some dressing: delicious bites of that delicious fresh chicory salad!
