-Take your muffin tin and scoop some of the mix into each compartment and press it well against the edges so that you get nice cups.

-Then put in the oven for about 15-18 minutes. I took it out after 15 minutes and the bottom was still a bit wet, the trays should be a nice golden brown. When they are good, let them cool and then carefully pry them out with a knife.

-Make a smooth creamy mix from the mascarpone, the ricotta and the powdered sugar. Set these aside until use.

-Set your oven to 200 degrees. Place the pineapple rings on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush them well with the honey so that they have a nice layer. Then put in the oven for 15 minutes, then put it on the grill position and grill them for 2/3 minutes until they have a nice color.
