Attention BBQ lovers! I have the perfect cocktail for the BBQ! This grilled lemon vodka tonic gets just a little extra flavor from the grilled lemon. And those few pieces of lemon hardly take up any space on your grill, so you made them in no time. This cocktail is a delicious variation on the well-known gin and tonic. We're only using vodka this time. This way you can serve something other than a beer or a glass of wine at the bbq. Making cocktails is not that complicated at all, and the glasses also look great on the table.
Grilled lemon vodka tonic
The nice thing about cocktails is that you can add extra flavor to your cocktail with various spices and fruits. This is also the case with this grilled lemon vodka tonic. In any case, because we grill the lemon, but also the pink peppercorns give taste. And in this case we also add a piece of star anise. Take a dive into your spice cabinet! Pink pepper is not really pepper! They are berries from a tree. Not as sharp as real peppercorns.
No weather for BBQ? Then you can also just grill the lemon in a grill pan, no problem! Try other flavors? You can vary with the vodka, but also the tonic.
