You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 100 gram grated cheese
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 gram grilled bell pepper (can be from a jar)
  • 1 small red pepper
  • salt
  • peper
  • 1 tablespoon Provencal spice mix

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Finely chop the peppers and chilli. Take a bowl and put the oil in it. Add the paprika and chilli and mix briefly. Season with salt, pepper and the Provencal herbs. This is your salsa.
  • Heat your BBQ.
  • Wash the lettuce and drain well, cut in the middle and brush the cut side with some oil from your salsa bowl.
  • Place the cut side on the BBQ and grill until the outside of the leaves are slightly blackened.
  • Place on a plate and spoon some salsa on the warm lettuce and sprinkle the cheese on top. Serve immediately.
