- 200 ml cooking cream
- 3 twigs thyme
- 1 baguette

And this is how you make it:
- Cut the mushrooms and mushrooms into slices.
- Take the frying pan and melt 1 tbsp butter in the pan. Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the baguette into slices. Spread them thinly with the 3 tbsp butter spread over all the slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and persillade and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Add the cream to the mushrooms and sprinkle the thyme leaves from the thyme sprigs. Add the grated goat cheese and let it melt gently in the cream over low heat.
- Pour or scoop the whole into your fondue pot and serve with the baguettes. Serve right away.
