And this is how you make the Colored rice wrap with minced meat:

We'll start with the minced meat first. Add these to a hot frying pan on the stove and fluff it with a wooden spatula. Then add the fresh vegetables and the corn kernels and let the whole thing fry on a low heat. Turn occasionally though.

-Finally you add some Mexican herbs, I have not indicated an amount because you really have to do this to taste. And also 75 ml of water. Let the whole thing simmer in the pan until the water has evaporated again.

-In the meantime, cook the rice until done and drain.

-Include the wraps and put some rice on it first, then a handful of arugula and finally the minced meat/vegetable mix.

  • 4 colored wraps
  • 350 gram chopped
  • 1 bak Mexican vegetable mix
  • 1 tin can corn kernels
  • 150 gram White rice
  • 1 bag grated cheese
  • 1 salsa sauce
  • 1 bag rocket salad
