We'll start with the minced meat first. Add these to a hot frying pan on the stove and fluff it with a wooden spatula. Then add the fresh vegetables and the corn kernels and let the whole thing fry on a low heat. Turn occasionally though.
-Finally, add some Mexican spices, I have not indicated the amount because you really have to do this to taste. Think of flavors such as cumin, paprika and chili for extra spice. And also 75 ml of water. Let the whole thing simmer quietly in the pan until the water has evaporated again, whereby the flavors mix well and a delicious aroma is released that fills your kitchen. This process usually takes a few minutes, depending on the heat and the pan you use, but the result is definitely worth it.
-In the meantime, cook the rice until done and drain.
-Include the wraps and put some rice on it first, then a handful of arugula and finally the minced meat/vegetable mix.
