Ingredients:

  • 1 role puff pastry - fresh food supermarket
  • 5 tomatoes - various colours
  • 2 twigs Parsley - finely chopped
  • 150 gram cottage cheese
  • peper
  • salt
  • chili flakes

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tin with baking paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on the baking paper.
  • Stir the cottage cheese well and spread over the puff pastry.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices and leave them on a paper towel to allow some moisture to escape from the tomatoes.
  • Then divide the sliced ​​tomatoes over the cottage cheese and sprinkle with some pepper and chili flakes.
  • Bake the sheet cake in the oven for about 25 minutes until the edge is nice and golden brown. Now sprinkle with the parsley and salt to taste.
