And this is how you make it:
-Clean the shallots first and then finely chop them. Also remove the skin from the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
-Take a frying pan with a high rim and add the walnut oil. Heat it up and then add the chopped shallot. Cook until translucent, then add the garlic. Bake it until it starts to smell nice.
-Now add the zucchini, also cut into pieces, and the chopped walnuts. Fry for a while and finally add the stock. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes or so.
-And then the last step is to blend the soup with your hand blender until you have a delicious soup.
