I have put a good amount of herbs in it myself so that you get a nice spiced sandwich. Put some olive oil on your work surface or on a piece of baking paper and place the dough on it. Divide into two pieces and press the bread into the desired shape. Spread some olive oil on the dough to make it easier to shape the dough and prevent it from sticking to your fingers. Bake the naan in a griddle pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Then place the naan in the oven to keep it warm.

Grilling the chicken:

Finally, we grill the chicken pieces on a grill plate or in a grill pan. The chicken gets a nice color because they have been in the blackberry marinade. If you want to be sure that your chicken is cooked, cut open a piece to see if they are cooked.
